Hello, my name is Jill Wright and I am the head coach at renewu.

I have a degree in Psychology. I have worked in change management for one of the oil majors for over 17 years and have completed a certified health and wellness coaching programme but the most important thing that I have learnt is that knowledge does not equal effectiveness. Most of us know what we should do when it comes to our health and wellness – there is a mountain of information available – but why do so many of us struggle to succeed?

The key to my approach is to look at your mindset, in particular your self-image to see what has been lodged in your subconscious that may need re-framing to open the door and allow you to make the changes you need to achieve your health & wellness goals.

I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore how to achieve long lasting positive changes not just to your health but also your mindset. I take a holistic approach and look at your life style, eating habits, physical activity and emotional and mental wellbeing. It can be an emotional journey with sadness when we bring awareness to some of the negative beliefs we carry around with us but ending in joy, positivity and excitement at what the future holds as you grow and be the best you can be.

It’s natural to feel nervous, maybe even a little guilty about wanting to invest the time to focus on yourself, but once you make the changes, you and everybody in your life will benefit. We all need to take time out from our busy lives for a little self-care.

A key element to the approach we take at renewu is to look at people’s self-beliefs; to identity those that are not helping you or hold you back from getting the results you want. This can be applied to any health and wellness goal, whether it is weight loss, stopping smoking, boosting energy or reducing stress. 

We spend some time identifying what you want and set clear and achievable goals. We then look at what small but impactful changes you can make to your lifestyle, eating habits, movement and mindset. The changes that are introduced are simple and easy to make and to sustain long-lasting transformation.

We offer a range of coaching programme options to you: small group five-day residential retreats in Cornwall, one hour weekly coaching sessions (face to face or by phone/Skype) or intensive one to one residential programmes.
